1. Thank you to all volunteers at El Centro, Inc
   1. We had 29 participants

2. HELP WANTED
   1. Jessica Perez has completed her studies and the Coalition is now looking a new Office Administrator
   2. Jessica’s last day will be December 17^th, 2004

                                                               i.      The job consists of being able to work without supervision

                                                             ii.      15 hours a week maximum

                                                            iii.      Available to work some weekends

                                                           iv.      Self-starter and motivated individual

                                                             v.      Bilingual

                                                           vi.      Provide own transportation

                                                          vii.      Computer savvy

3. Treasury Report
   1. Will be e-mailed to members at a later date
   2. Items that weren’t collected from members will have to be purchased from the funds we have.

                                                               i.      Volunteers are needed for the following:

1.      Decorations

a.       Please be there at 10am

2.      Coordinators

a.       We are expecting 100 people (400 flyers were distributed and mailed)

3.      A Presentation will be shown to the women who show up, and will be optional to our guests.  Women who attend the presentation, will receive a raffle ticket for our beautiful baskets.  An evaluation form will be passed around after presentation to benefit the Education Outreach Taskforce.

5. New Business
   1. No Coalition’s meeting for the month of January.
