 ACTIVIST EVENT IN KANSAS CITY
What makes AMSA different from other organizations: its commitment to raising voices together to eliminate health disparities. Concerned medical students from around the country joined on Thursday, March 18, to raise awareness about the global HIV/AIDS crisis and it's impact on the local Kansas City community. They heard from local activists about what needed to be done to combat health disparity.
